  • 1 bag of yellow / charcoal corn chips
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese blend
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced pickled jalapeno peppers (adjust for desired heat)
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • Salsa for dipping (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread the yellow corn chips evenly on a large oven-safe platter or baking sheet.
